Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible apparel purchased at brothercinco.com. This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.

Return windows

  • USA and rest of world (non-EU/UK): Returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
  • EU/UK customers: You may cancel most online orders within 14 calendar days of delivery (“cooling-off period”). After telling us you’re cancelling, you have another 14 days to send items back. We refund the item price and the standard outbound shipping. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
  • Non-returnable: Customized or made-to-order items, gift cards, “final sale” items, and heavily worn/washed items. EU/UK custom-made or personalized goods are excluded from the cooling-off right.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are size/color only, subject to stock.
  • If unavailable, we issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • No free exchange shipping. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • If confirmed, we repair, replace, or refund at our cost, including return shipping.

How to start a return

  • Email here with subject “Return Request – [Order #]”.
  • We’ll reply with instructions and provide the return address.
  • You are responsible for return shipping and risk of loss until received, unless the item is defective.

EU/UK cancellation notice

  • Email here within 14 days of delivery stating you’re cancelling your order. Keep a copy of your notice.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method for the item price (and, for EU/UK cancellations, the standard outbound shipping).
  • Upgraded shipping is not refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return (or proof of return for EU/UK). Your bank or payment provider may take additional time.

Return shipping costs

  • Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind or wrong-size returns.
  • We cover return shipping for confirmed defects, damage, or if we sent the wrong item.

Price adjustments and gifts

  • No price adjustments on prior purchases.
  • Refunds for gifts go to the original purchaser.

Abuse and fraud

  • We may refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or show signs of abuse.

Posting and disclosures (US)

This policy is posted conspicuously on brothercinco.com, as required by law in certain states.
